International award winner Bronwyn Parry’s romantic thrillers set in Australia’s wild places have been published in Australia, the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic.\u00a0The manuscript for her first novel, As Darkness Falls<\/strong><\/em>, \u00a0won a prestigious Golden Heart Award from the Romance Writers of America<\/a>, and both her second and third novels, Dark Country<\/strong><\/em> and\u00a0Dead Heat\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>were\u00a0finalists in the Romance Writers of America RITA awards<\/a> – the Oscars of romance writing – \u00a0and in the Daphne du Maurier Award for romantic suspense. Both books\u00a0also won the Australian Romance Readers Association award<\/a> for Favourite Romantic Suspense in 2010 and\u00a02012. Bronwyn’s fourth book,\u00a0Darkening<\/strong> Skies<\/strong><\/em>, and her fifth book,Storm Clouds,<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0were also\u00a0a finalists in the ARRA Awards. Bronwyn’s sixth book,\u00a0Sunset Shadows<\/em><\/strong>, will be published by Hachette Australia in August, 2016.\u00a0An occasional academic, Bronwyn’s research\u00a0interests are in fiction, its readership and contemporary publishing,\u00a0and she is passionate about the richness, diversity, and value of popular fiction. Bronwyn lives on 100 acres of bushland in the New England tablelands of northern NSW, and travels extensively in rural and outback Australia.<\/p>\n
